Evaluation Of Metal Craft Teaching Factory Program At SMKN 5 Yogyakarta

Vocational High School education is one of the efforts to improve and adjust the skills needed by the labor market. Through the Teaching Factory program at SMK N 5 Yogyakarta majoring in metal craft, graduates are prepared to be able to adapt to the business world and the industrial world. The study used a qualitative method of descriptive percentage data analysis with the CIPP evaluation model approach. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the research on the implementation of the Teaching Factory program get the appropriate criteria with an average percentage of 78, 77%, with context criteria of 90%, input 73.33%, process 72%, and product 72%. In order to have competent standards in the business world and industry, teachers make various efforts to improve the learning implementation process found so that the objectives of the program are achieved.
