Abstract

The diversity of cultures in a globalised society presents both obstacles and advantages for international relations. This conference study concluded that cultural understanding enhances international collaboration. Studying culture and identity enhances international collaboration and fosters respect in cultural diplomacy. Cultural differences may lead to conflicts, but they can also enhance collaboration. This research shows that cultural diversity improves social unity and boosts economic growth. Comprehending the influence of cultural legacy, collaboration, and education on the cultivation of trust and understanding among other cultures will enhance intercultural communication. Cultural activities enhance diplomacy and community engagement, as evidenced by case studies. Embracing tolerance and respect for diverse cultures helps enhance global harmony. The research emphasises the importance of cultural competency in policymaking and cultural diversity as catalysts for sustainable development and enhanced international communication. Legislators, academics, and practitioners ought to endorse cultural diplomacy and leverage cultural diversity for international relations.
